I chose “local pickup” as my shipping option, where do I pick up my order?
When your order is ready for pickup you’ll receive a notification to your email with the address you will be picking up from! To schedule a pickup time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us on Instagram.
What exactly is “Club Dip”?
Club Dip is a reward program for our loyal Little Dipper babes! This included free 2 day shipping on all orders, seasonal gifts for the year, and VIP access to all of our sales. Club Dip is a $50 yearly membership that can be cancelled at any time!
Will you be restocking this item?
We try out best to restock our best selling items, but depending on stock, sometimes we are unable to do so. If there’s something you’d like to see specifically, please shoot us a message and we’ll check if we have any more left in stock.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, please email us within 24 hours of completing your purchase. We try to ship everything out within 48 hours of receiving orders. Email us at email@example.com if you would like to request a cancellation.
Can I return/exchange my order?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you change your mid and would like to make a return, we’ll gladly accommodate as per the following conditions:
You have 14 days up receipt of your item(s) to request a return, all sales are final after 14 days.
We accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of delivery date.
Items must be int he same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
To make a return, visit our return portal HERE to start your return process. You will receive a shipping label via email within 24 hours.
Once the item is received and inspected, you can expect to receive a store credit notification by email.

My item shipped to the wrong address, what should I do?
We ask that all address changes be email to us within 24 hours of the purchase, as we start processing your order as soon as it is received. We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. If you package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you via email with further instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Canada outside of the US.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped within two days of placing your order, but please allow up to 72 hours for items to be sent out. Any custom apparel or merchandise is made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process and ship these items. We do not ship out on the weeks, so please allow your order 7-10 business days before arriving.
Where are you located?
Little Dipper is located in Hoboken, NJ! We are currently online only.. but are working really hard to have a store front open so you can shop IRL!
