Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

• For Little Dipper Original Designs (i.e. custom sweatshirts), please allow 2-5 weeks from purchase as we keep a limited amount of inventory in-stock
• All other clothing purchased at Little Dipper will ship 2-3 days from purchase date

Return Policy

We always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you change your mind and would like to make a return, we’ll gladly accommodate as per the following conditions:

You have 14 days upon receipt of your item(s) to request a return, all sales are final after 14 days.

We accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of delivery date.

Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

To make a return, simply click on the link HERE to start your return process. You will receive a shipping label via email within 24 hours.

Once the item is received and inspected, you can expect to receive a store credit notification to your email.

Non-returnable Items

• Accessories (socks, towels, bags, hats, etc.)
• Custom hand tie-dyed items
• Sale items are final sale

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt, if anything is damaged please contact us at hello@littledipper.shop within 7 days of the delivery date so we can correct the issue.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items We Are Not Responsible For

If you fail to adhere to the suggested care instructions or damage the item after wearing, Little Dipper Shop is not responsible for returning or refunding that item.
